I'm Lindsay, the founder of Yoga + Co. I was drawn to Yoga as a way to focus on mind and body health. I hope my practice will inspire others to help, heal, and have a positive outlook on life. I love teaching vinyasa flows and special themed classes. I want to help others deepen not only their practice, but to inspire them to find happiness inside themselves. My mission is to provide a safe space to come as you are, take what you need and spread the amazingly good energy this world needs.

Yoga & Co. is about empowering everyone to honor their bodies & come as you are. We believe perfection isn’t a part of yoga, yoga is an ongoing practice! You deserve a space & community that supports you, hears you, sees you & helps you grow!
We are big believers in the power of positive thought & using our classes as a way to strengthen the mind as well as the body. We want everyone who takes one of our classes to walk away in bliss of a calm body and mind with a renewed sense of the soul.
yoga is about the journey, not the destination
Our favorite part of having a yoga practice is changing your flow to meet what you need for that day. For this reason, we incorporate different yoga flows into various classes and workshops. We offer a wide variety of yoga styles and include instructors from a diversity of teaching backgrounds. We pride ourselves on building and maintaining a personal rapport with all our clients. A yoga class here is not just an ordinary yoga class but an experience. We have a diverse, inclusive and supportive yoga community.

MEET THE TEACHERS
Meet Emma
I started practicing yoga when I was 16. It was a great way to improve flexibility and strength during my time as a competitive dancer. I’ve continued to practice regularly since getting a taste in my first. My favorite part about yoga is the people it has brought into my life, as well as the amazing feeling you get after completing a class. I recently received my certification in barre yoga and I’m ecstatic to begin my journey as an instructor. Come to my class if you’re looking for an upbeat workout!
Meet Dejah
For me, Yoga is the practice of becoming mindful of the world around us, but primarily my own inner world, on every level. It is turning inward. While I am only just now enrolled and working towards my 200 hour RTT, I have been an avid student and teacher of a variety of yoga styles for over 10 years. The last 5 years I have focused on Pranayama and Restorative yoga practices as my primary passion for teaching. I am also thankful to have been introduced to the works of Judith Hanson Lasater, one of the founders of Yoga Alliance. Through her knowledge and direction I have found a passion for “alignment before range” and a great respect for the true nature of Yoga. My classes are intended to create a safe space for inner reflection and connection. For more information please visit my website www.namasatefloatingyoga.com
Meet Jess
Jess is an enthusiast when it comes to yoga and honoring self. Her yoga journey began years ago after she experienced an unfortunate life event. Through yoga she was able to learn beyond the physical attributes, it became a valuable holistic tool to overcome the trauma that had happened. True connection with self, forgiveness, self-love, and learning the ability to let go and live, were just a few great things yoga provided.
Jess would love to share her practice with others, as it has helped her so much in healing. All deserve to learn they are worthy of love and that letting go of what does not serve them is necessary for moving forward on our sacred paths.
Jess is 200-hr yoga certified, having practiced several styles of yoga, meditation, pranayama, reiki, and crystal healing. Her future goals include reiki II attunement, crystal healing certification, and more opportunities to share connections with those in our community!
Meet Kelby
Kelby has been teaching yoga for almost five years. She has taught for non-profits around town and for various community events/classes. Kelby teaches breath to movement and encourages students to find their own rhythm in the now. Kelby believes yoga is an individual experience and she hopes to encourage students to listen to their body and find what feels right for them. Yoga to Kelby, is more than just strategic sequences or stretching… it's a way to come back home to yourself, to understand how to give to your whole being and allow yourself to fully let go in the now.
I walked into my first yoga class about 10 years ago completed intimidated and scared and not sure what I was getting myself into. Since then, I have gone to countless styles of classes and studios as well as practicing at home. Even after years of practicing, I always made sure I was in the back of class where no one could see me or my lack of confidence. I decided to start yoga teacher training, and I gained an incredible amount of confidence as well as gratitude for my mind, body and spirit, all while deepening my practice. I want to bring that sense of confidence and gratitude to all people through my classes along with building a strong and embracing community. I like to add some nontraditional elements to practice so we can laugh or hug or even cry. But we do it together.
Meet Linnsey
Hey, I’m Linnsey. I fell in love with yoga eons ago during my freshman year in college--back before yoga was cool. It is through yoga and pilates that I discovered the importance of a flexible spine and a relaxed mind. After graduation I attended the National Massage Therapy Institute in Wilmington, DE.
Since the onset of my career as a massage therapist in 2007, it has become my mission to help people tackle the confines of their own stress, and to free their minds and bodies of the pain that can result from said chronic stress.
Meet Maddie
I have always been a seeker for healing the mind and body through natural living. When I finally brought myself to a yoga class, there was no stopping. I fell in love with the rhythm of movement, and the peace of a quiet mind. This is something I want to be able to share with everyone else, so that we can heal together and grow.
