In this guided meditation, we will tune in and turn towards ourselves and our feelings with curiosity. We'll listen without judgement and practice coming home to this inner connection that is always available. We'll explore ways to connect to calm and bring ourselves into state of ease. In coming into connection with what's happening within, we can anchor ourselves and connect to calm. From this place, we will offer care, connection, energy, curiosity, and compassion to ourselves and those around us.

CANDLELIGHT YIN : RELSEASE THE DEEP WITHIN
Join Jess as she takes us on a personal yin journey through the fascia and depths of the joints. While vinyasa is a great way to serve the breath and our muscles, it rarely gets those hidden areas that our tension and stress end up residing in. Through this practice, poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to settle into these areas, relieving the build up within. Breath and stretch are used as aids to allow our bodies to restore natural balance and an overall well-being.
FLOW & RESTORE
This class is a perfect combination of Yin and Yang. The teacher will lead you through a dynamic Vinyasa flow for the first half of class, and then guide you into a restful restorative practice for the second half.
Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath which helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony with ourselves and our environment. Each class is unique, but may include the many variations of Sun Salutations as well as standing postures, inversions, backbends, twists, forward bends, and deep relaxation.
Restorative Yoga is designed for those who want and need to fill themselves back up. Life on the outside can be pretty stress-filled these days. Restorative Yoga helps you remember how to find the calm in the storm, have strength from within and revitalize yourself so that you feel whole again. This restful yoga practice will help bring balance and peace back into your life again.
You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply. Class will finish with a guided meditation creating specific intentions. Open to all levels.
BARRE STRENGTH & BALANCE
The classes will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. As you get more comfortable and fit, you can ramp up the intensity by adding weights and more challenging moves.
ENERGIZING JOURNALING & YOGA (VIRTUAL)
Join us every Monday, Friday and Sunday morning for journaling, connection and movement. Class will be virtually held on Facebook Live!Journaling is a simple sacred act that calls us to a place of exploration, curiosity, and revelation. Writing helps to process and exfoliate the lives we lead and our thoughts about them. Journaling helps to strengthen the path for a deeper relationship with Self. This intimate art clears mental clutter and leaves a sense of spaciousness in its wake. It is detoxifying for the mind and cathartic for the heart. These flows will have different themes weekly. We will connect, find movement and create beautiful intentions. Suggested $10 donation for weekly virtual flows is encouraged!
