This class is a perfect combination of Yin & Yang. The teacher will lead you through a dynamic Vinyasa flow for the first half of class, and then guide you into a restful restorative practice for the second half. You will work on meditation and positive affirmations throughout class. This class is intended for relaxatoin and release to create more ease in life.
