Beginner to Intermediate // Get serious about detoxifying your mind. You will be invigorated during our Vinyasa Flow as you link your breath with each movement. As we move from one pose to the other you will build strength, find balance and work toward greater flexibility. With each breath and movement, you will not only feel a great physical release but also an emotional awareness. We end each class in the pose of Savasana to allow for greater stillness and meditation.
