Yin + Connect // Jess

Yin is a mostly inactive style of yoga geared to open joints and connective tissues rather than muscles. Students hold poses for 5 minutes or more using props to assist. It improves elasticity in joints & flushes out toxins. It helps restore our body's natural range of motion and allows for deep self-reflection and meditation. 

Yin is great for everyone, especially those that are stressed & need to slow down.
