Through the connection of breath and movement, you will elongate the muscles, build strength and work balance. Enjoy fun tunes, variations of core work and push-ups combined with traditional yoga poses. You will sweat and leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. Modifications and rest breaks are offered. Some yoga experience is recommended for this class.
