Yoga for Mental Health is a flow shared in a brave space for all. A flow that explores the mind & body connection on a deeper level to aid you on your journey of mental & physical health. This flow will include a varitey of topics related to mental health & how to connect them with your practice. Each week will include a new topic of discussion and offer various styles of flows, meditations, breathwork, journaling and more. Together we create a space open for all to share, grow, heal & learn together, at your own pace. This flow is to foster connection and healing that supports you on & off your mat. Think of this time on your mat learning & gaining new skills to help you navigate the ups & downs of life.
Remember there are no levels of yoga. This is a great flow to build self-confidence and self-love. At your capacity, explore ways to help with depression, anxiety, self-sabotaging & limiting thoughts. We’re human and sometimes it can feel you are alone in your experiences..
