Mindful Slow Flow // Jess

This class is a slow flow class geared towards all levels but gentle and easy for beginners. Heavily focussed on Mindfulness, “feeling” the physical body , and embracing the sensations of the breath and movement connection. This class will touch on basic meditation throughout class as well at touching on many breathing techniques. The movements will be slow and calm connecting breath to every single movement. This class is amazing for stress relief and easing anxiety as well as connecting your body mind and soul. Heavy focus on proper alignments and postures to allow you to feel the most comfortable with your practice.
