Join us on the peninsula at Raccoon River Beach. First enjoy a yoga flow focusing on all of the elements. Connecting to Earth,Air,Water & Fire will support a deeper mind-body connection to the nature around you . This connection will set tone for the walking / breathing meditation to follow. This walking meditation incorporates pranayama and mantra techniques from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. The late Yogi Bhajan introduced this practice to the West in the early 1970s. Since then, yoga students of all shapes and sizes have used it to improve their cardiovascular health, tone their nervous system, boost their energy, stabilize their moods, quiet mental chatter, and embrace the present moment.

You do not need to have any experience in yoga, Breathwork or meditation to join in. This is an awesome way to try something new & work on your mental & physical health while enjoying the beautiful benefits of nature.

This is for anyone wanting to move their bodies while connecting to the Earth. The meditation is a fun way to explore meditating & trying out new Breathwork techniques.

Yoga 30-40 minutes

Meditation Walk 10-15minutes

It’s best to park at the Nature Lodge parking lot by the beach. We will meet down on the peninsula ( a short walk ) just West of the beach.

Mats available , please bring blanket for extra comfort, it may be chilly.

Walking shoes & comfortable clothing recommended.
