Rise with the Sun with Olive is moving outside to Grays Lake Beach. Allow sounds and sights of water and earth carry you through a gentle meditative flow, to awaken sleeping muscles, create space in the body, and leave you feeling uplifted and empowered. Meet at the entrance closest to Ingersol, and we will meet in the grassy area to the right of the dock.  Class begins at 6:30am and will close at 7:30am, All bodies and walks of life are welcome.
