Living Your Life // Melissa- Soulful Healing

You are changed, but you are still you. This practice is for anyone at any time post-cancer, whether one is a year post-diagnosis or even five years later. It combines breathwork, meditation and physical movement that will continue to build strength and resiliency for you: body, mind and spirit. Expect to put weight on your hands, though know you can adapt as you like. This class combines seated (on the mat) and standing movement.
