Integrated Kriya/Kundalini // Justin Nichols - Guest Instructor

An integrated Kriya/Kundalini yoga class will include diverse practices that help to bring awareness to the energetic body, the breath and aid in  balancing the mind. This class will focus on kriyas that use pranayama (breathwork), mudras, mantras and meditation techniques as well as some asana and other grounding movements.

Expect to feel energized, focused and calm after a kriya/kundalini yoga class.
Wear loose fitting clothing and bring a water bottle.
