These flows are dedicated to bringing our community together in a safe space to foster growth , healing & connection. This is a space to speak, to listen , to learn & to grow. Every week we will come together for meditation, discussions, journaling and movement. These flows will incorporate various mental health tools to utilize in all areas of your life. Lindsay has completed her 500hr YTT along with a mentorship through Boopbod. She is passionate in helping others into becoming the best versions of themselves through discovering their highest-self & inner peace.

Yoga & Mental Health
Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Like other meditative movement practices used for health purposes, various styles of yoga typically combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. In today’s hectic world it has become quite obvious for people to lose their mental health balance. This loss of balance of mental health can be seen in the form of anxiety and depression.It is a proven fact that yoga really helps to stabilize the mental health of human beings.
