This class is a deliberate & slower paced vinyasa flow. Vinyasa is connecting our breath with movement. It can be ideal for yogis just starting out or those that want to hone their practice and postures. You will spend more time in each asana to allow for a deeper exploration of the pose. Tuning into what comes up in each & giving body and mind time to release. This a great flow to practice patience if you’re someone who struggles with taking time to just be with yourself. Don’t worry, we are busy humans it’s normal in this world to feel that way. This class is to bring you back to that beautiful mind-body connection, especially on the days you feel “there’s not enough time.”
