Barre + Ball // Chrystalline

This class targets all major muscle groups of your body: arms, thighs, glutes, abs, and back muscles, with an emphasis on increasing mobility, toning and finding balance. We use a small yoga ball or tennis ball to roll out tension and release the fascia. No ballet experience required.
