This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Why would we want to do that? Oh baby, our core is our power house! We’re talking our intuition, confidence, creativity, desires & where we hold our truths! It’s literally the “center” of all that we do! This flow is all about engaging these areas & giving them some love! When we tap into these areas we will also work on releasing anything that may be blocking or not serving you! This class is a great stress reliever, we create space to make room for growth, healing & motivation.
