Ecstatic Dance

Free Movement Ecstatic Dance. This is an hour long dance journey, there will be an opening and closing circle to discuss guidelines for our time together. This is a safe space for all ages/genders/ethnicities to connect deeply with Self through somatic expression. No shoes, no booze, no words, during the dance. You can do yoga, dance, cry, meditate, scream, roar, or simply soak up the vibrations of the music. There is no choreography, judgement, or expectation for this experience.
