10:30am-11am Voluntary Song circle

Come and listen, learn, or share a song. This will be lead by Olive, but is an open space for connection through sound and music, if you have been looking for an intimate/judgement-free opportunity to explore your voice, this circle is holding space for you. This will be call and repeat, so even if you don't have something to share, you will leave with a song in your heart 💖

11am-12pm Free Movement Ecstatic Dance. This is an hour long dance journey, there will be an opening and closing circle to discuss guidelines for our time together. This is a safe space for all ages/genders/ethnicities to connect deeply with Self through somatic expression. No shoes, no booze, no words, during the dance. You can do yoga, dance, cry, meditate, scream, roar, or simply soak up the vibrations of the music. There is no choreography, judgement, or expectation for this experience.
