Join us Sunday morning for Ecstatic Dance at the beautiful Yoga & Co studio.

Ecstatic Dance is authentic movement, allow your body to move as it wants to, or to be still. There's no shoes, no words, and no judgement on the dance floor. There is a space to connect with yourself and others.

There will be a Zouk dance lesson by Sydney Schiff, 3x zouk world champion from Chicago, from 10:30am-11am. Ecstatic Dance begins with an opening circle at 11am, facilitated by Michael Hrostoski. After an hour of Ecstatic Dance, we will come together in closing circle.

Suggested donation is $10-$25 as you are able.
