We will start off this event with a guided meditation to connect in with our bodies and bring ourselves into full presence followed by a few moments to journal about your intentions. We will then open up a sacred and safe space for authentic and vulnerable conversation. We will close with a beautiful ritual before enjoying some tea/hot cocoa and light snacks. 

Celeste Rose is a Certified Women's Empowerment Coach and Owner of the Sensual Leadership Academy. She helps women feel confident and empowered through coaching, public speaking, retreats, and workshops.
