As we Enter the Spring Equinox, I invite you to take a deep breath, plant yourself, and fill up your cup through this Heart Medicine Ceremony.

It is no secret that Music is healing. Sounds we surround ourselves with will literally change the vibration we carry. This event is sure to give you a shift in the heart space with uplifting sounds, and a meditation to invite self love, acceptance, and peace.

Olive will Open the space serving the Heart opening medicine of Cacao. Served warm, and infused with medicinal herbs to nurture the immune system, sourced from the Sacred Valley of Peru. If you like dark chocolate, you will love this drink! There are so many health benifits including iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, and protein, and so much more.

You will be invited to set an intention for this time and guided through gentle movements to get the blood flowing. As spring is enters our minds, it is time to take some deep long breaths, and focus on what seeds we want to sow for the rest of this year. Remembering that growth does not start in the sunshine, it starts buried in the dark, and often(if your seeds are lucky) soaked in rain. Most of this time will be spent in shavasana or corpse pose, bring any items that bring you comfort as you receive this powerful sound journey. You will be surrounded by healing sounds from Crystal bowls, chimes, waterdrum, Flute, Gong, waves, raindrops, and Olives medicine songs collected from all over the world.

Bring a water bottle, Yoga Matt, pillow, and dress in clothing that is comfortable. (Loaner matts and props are available if you need)
