This flow & journaling will guide you to explore ways to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Bringing awareness to what you need this season to feel connected will shed light on ways to give yourself more love & do more of what’s bringing you joy! Restorative yoga allows time for body & mind to release & practice your mindfulness.
