Every week you will find support for your practice on & off your mat. Setting weekly intentions & moving mindfully is an amazing way to support your goals, create a life of abundance & to start really living your happiest life. Together we create a space open for all to share, grow, heal & learn together, at your own pace.
Remember there are no levels of yoga. This is a great flow to build self-confidence and self-love. At your capacity, explore ways to help with stress, depression, anxiety, self-sabotaging & limiting thoughts. We’re human and sometimes it can feel you are alone in your experiences..
