Freedom Flow Friday ✨️

Tap into your intuition with a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, and feel the inspiration of conscious community practice. Cacao is a heart opening medicine that connects us with our creative flow, and gives us a hug from the inside out. Olive will prepare with a seasonal spice blend, and loving intention to open us up and empower us on and off the matt. There will be an opportunity to share intentions before we begin our free flow. After connecting we will move into intentional, wordless movement. This is an invitation to practice deep listening to the body, without the guidance of an instructor. Instead we will allow uplifting music to be our guide. Our mix will be created with intention to get you out of your head and into your body.

Feel free to use a matt, or move throughout the studio, as long as you are aware of others personal space. If your body is calling for more stillness, feel free to move slow or settle in with a bolster or blanket simply soaking in the good vibes of this community 😀
