500 hr trained yoga instructor & sound healer Lindsay Bordwell will guide us through a gentle yoga flow & sound healing suitable for all. Allow yourself to be transported under candlelight with the sacred sounds of the clear quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes & more. You will be guided through a transformative experience fostering self-love & connection.

After the sound journey, relax and indulge with delicious treats & bubbly bar. Attendees will receive a special take home gift carefully curated from Talia, Owner of Portobello Road to bring the self-love home. Exclusive coupons and deals will be given for this one night only to shop in store.

Need to Knows:

• mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite

• shoes will be taken off upon entry, please bring comfy socks or slippers

• feel free to bring your own blanket or small pillow for extra cozy comfort- you will be laying still for an extended period of time
