Struggling to just turn your mind off when my head hits the pillow at night or feel like the brain is stuck running a marathon? You are not alone & with everything going on in the world it’s no surprise! This class takes you on a tour of self love, reflection, and gratitude leaving body and mind rested, calm & at peace.
Time will begin with a short flow of movement and release followed by a guided meditation & sound therapy. The singing bowls are played at 432 hertz— “the heartbeat of the universe”—and the frequency is believed to help the flow of oxygen through the body, provide a deeper sense of relaxation, and increase mental clarity. Sound healing is known for lowering our blood pressure, helping with anxiety and PTSD, flooding the brain with dopamine, releasing oxytocin, and relieving stress. Each bowl is aligned with the energy in your body, offering deep connection, restoration and healing where needed.
Intentions are for you to leave class feeling like you have just drunk the best cup of coffee without the caffeine jitters. Feeling both rejuvenated and calm, to take on the rest of your day & week with clarity. Props, blankets, eye pillows & aromatherapy will also be used to fit your needs & enhance your relaxation.
