This intimate gathering combines the medicine of sisterhood, dance, and sound healing, and will support the Sophia Code foundation to help human trafficking survivors. Settling into the space we will share the gift of cacao and set our intentions within the safety of sisterhood. This is an invitation to share, but it is not necessary. We will open with a guided movement meditation, and the majority of our time will be sent going inward as we move through the dance journey together, and closing with a soothing sound bath with TWO Sound Healers, using crystal singing bowls, water drums, rattles, rain sticks, and soulful sounds. Let go of self-judgement and expectation and allow yourself to just be here.

Please bring a water bottle, yoga matt, and dress in comfortable clothing to move in 💗 No dance experience necessary.
