We are so excited to host Metronet at the studio for a fun morning of yoga & treats!Metronet started a campaign called Community First & we are excited to be apart of their mental & physical health focus! Each month they find a local or national cause & partner with an organization to spread awareness and give back to the communities they service.

Join us at 10a for an all-level upbeat flow to both energize & relax! Drinks & Donuts will be served after class! 11a will be a restorative flow followed by a relaxing Soundbath!
