Join us around Des Moines each month for community yoga, chats & coffee! A donation based flow where part of proceeds are donated each month to local causes & nonprofits we care about. These events are themed differently every week & offer space for sharing & listening. They are inspired to foster connection with self & other beings while exploring individual practice. Each popup will have beverages & treats from your favorite locally owned shops & be at different parks throughout Des Moines!

Sunday July 9th Focus: Tapping into Higher-Self // Releasing Negative / Limiting Thoughts

We believe in true wellbeing for all. We strive to elevate human potential, by helping everyone feel their best. We believe yoga can unlock endless possibilities for everyone and anyone, so this class will cater to all levels & abilities. Each flow will be unique, intentional & incorporate sound healing.

What to Bring / Expect:

• Please come dressed comfortably, ready for practice as there are no designated changing facilities.

• Free Iced Coffee with Donation

• Each flow will be unique & sometimes incorporate breathwork, meditation & soundhealing

• A mat, blocks or pillows, and any other props to support your practice. ( We have mats if you need)

• Please bring a journal & pen.
