Breathwork for Beginners with Rachel Degan

If you are new to breathwork or have never heard of it before, this class will be a great introduction to one of the most ancient and powerful healing modalities there is.

Breathwork allows us to get out of our minds and into our bodies. You will learn how to take certain breath patterns and be able to integrate them into your everyday life. When you are stressed, overwhelmed or have feelings of anxiety, placing awareness on your breath is important to regulate those emotions and get yourself back into a state of rest. This state of rest is your true nature! It can be powerful enough to help you gain clarity, make decisions, be productive and relax back into life.

Alongside breathwork, we will do journaling exercises as well as embodiment practices/techniques to give yourself permission to feel. Come with an open mind and an open heart. Your breath and your body will serve you with exactly what you are meant to receive!
