You don’t have to do “All The Things” to be a yogi, but having an open mind, working on yourself & continuing to learn is what it’s all about. My intention with these classes is for you to get curious about yoga beyond the asanas. (Asanas are the physical postures in class.) Whether you are already following a plant based lifestyle or here to explore with me, it’s welcome to all!
