I invite you to join me (Lindsay) for yoga, meditation & super great homemade vegan donuts & goods. I am having fun exploring a more vegan & vegetarian diet & want to share my creations. You don’t have to do “All The Things” to be a yogi, but having an open mind, working on yourself & continuing to learn is what it’s all about. My intention with these classes is for you to get curious about yoga beyond the asanas. (Asanas are the physical postures in class.) These flows will incorporate the 8 limbs of yoga, chakra work & much more. Whether you are already following a plant based lifestyle or here to explore with me, it’s welcome to all!

Some flows may include breathwork, journaling or soundbaths
