Take your yoga practice outside and mindfully move through nature on this mini-adventure.
Each experience will include a 45 minute yoga class. Depending on the location and terrain of each hike, yoga classes may be pre-hiking power-ups, gentle mid-hiking stretches, or recovery-focused cool-downs. Designed for all levels, these classes will help you connect with your body and mind as you take in the beauty of nature! Please check individual events to learn more about the timing and specifics of each yoga experience.
Yellowbanks County Park : Yoga + Hike
Meet: Yellowbanks Pond / Hiking Spot #7 ( Leave early to give yourself time to find the spot )
Yoga: The morning will kick off with a fun vinyasa style flow by the pond. Please bring your own water bottle to fill up to reduce waste. Water, iced tea & snacks are provided with each ticket. Bug spray & essential oils will also be accessible. We have yoga mats to use or feel free to bring your own.
HIke: Please note you will be hiking at your own risk. Hikes will be gentle to moderate and no more than 5 miles. You can anticipate hiking between 1-1.5 hours. Determine your clothing depending on weather & your comfortability. Shoes that are sturdy or made for hiking are preferred. Please plan for the total event to be between 2-2.5 hours total.
