Take your yoga practice outside and mindfully move through nature on this mini-adventure.
This experience will include a short yoga flow + guided meditation by the lake followed by a mindful hike on the trails of Blue Herron Lake. Designed for all levels, these classes will help you connect with your body and mind as you take in the beauty of nature! Please check individual events to learn more about the timing and specifics of each yoga experience.
Blue Herron Lake: Full Moon Yoga + Meditation Hike
Meet: Blue Herron Lake / By the Dog Park / East of the Lake
Yoga : Expect light movement to release the body slowly & mindfully. Practice Moon Salutations by the lake as the sun begins to set. We will asana with a guided meditation charged by the lunar cycle. We have mats or feel free to bring your own. Please bring a waterbottle to reduce waste. Water, tea & snacks are provided along with bug spray & essential oils.
Hike + Meditation: We will continue to follow the moons energy with a mindfully guided hike. Please note you will be hiking at your own risk. Hikes will be gentle to moderate and no more than 5 miles. You can anticipate hiking between 1-1.5 hours. Determine your clothing depending on weather & your comfortability. Shoes that are sturdy or made for hiking are preferred. Please plan for the total event to be between 2-2.5 hours total.
