Looking to attract your ideal relationship? This Ceremony of Self and Sound Healing is an invitation to tune your personal frequency, to the frequency you are trying to attract. Breathe in a deep sense of self love and acceptance for where ever you are on your journey, and breathe out anything that could be holding you back. Once you find your personal alignment, care for yourself, and clarify what exactly you are looking to call in, your energy will shift to allow someone just as amazing as you, to find you. This could take months or years to manifest, but the purpose of this practice is to focus on your Self, your wants and needs, and realize YOU are the soulmate that you need at this moment in time.
We will open with a Cacao Ceremony and guided Journaling with Olive from All Love Movement. Cacao is a plant medicine that connects us with our hearts, and invites us to a state of presence and inner-connectedness. This medicine will be infused with Herbs and sweetened with agave, to form a warm dark chocolate drink. This has a ton of vitamins and minerals to nourish your body, and is sure to give you a hug from the inside out. Please bring a Journal, Pen, and your own mug for Cacao! Following our Cacao Ceremony we will move into a Sound Healing Journey with Olive and Flick. They will use Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Flute, Chimes, Classical Guitar, African Harp, Medicine songs, and Drumming. Throughout this time they will trade off using hands on healing on each participant.
About your guides: Flick has been healing through massage therapy for 22 years and Olive facilitates Yoga, Reiki, Reflexology, and Ayurvedic Touch. If you have any physical concerns or want a certain modality used on you please arrive a little early to talk with us. You can expect a massage on your feet, neck, and shoulders, but we will working intuitively on each person. Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable in a lying down position. We do have Yoga Matts, blankets and bolsters you can borrow at the studio if need be :) Take this time to tune your energy to the frequency of love, and watch it multiply in your life.
