After three months of Deep Rest, Zach is going to turn things up under the black lights with a fun vinyasa style flow for all student levels. The class will have fun mixed playlist taking you on a journey of building strength and having fun. We will have a pre-class party to style up for class with treats and surprises for everyone who comes to celebrate.
