Join our community & enjoy finding your feet in the grass. Students will be guided through a flow that builds breath, alignment, and the simple principles of yoga. You will improve your strength and flexibility and, of course cultivate mindfulness and presence.
Every Monday at Witmer Park - We typically meet on the North side of the park. Street parking is available or there is a parking lot on the East side of the park. Donations can be made at class via Cash or Venmo. Mats are available, we recommend bringing a blanket for under mat or days to cover when it’s chilly.
