Class will begin with a warm-up and move into a series of yoga & pilates movements. Everything can be modified to fit your bodies needs. We will end with a light yoga flow to give the muscles extra love & end with relaxation and peace.
Donation Based - Please sign up to receive notifications on cancellations. Class will be held in studio if weather is unfavorable. Bring a mat or use ours! Meet at “The Wall” at the park. Street parking on all sides available.
