Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping DSM will be hosting Yoga classes weekly with Lindsay Bordwell of Yoga & Co. Yoga & Co is a long-time business in the Des Moines area. They come to us with years of experience and unmatched passion. We are very excited to join forces, adding benefits to both of our clienteles. Expect a unique flow for all-levels customized to the group for mind and body relaxation.

Classes will be held at Farrells locations, at no cost to current Farrells members.

Drop-in rate $15 for non-members. Of every drop in we have, $5 will go to a local charity!
