Lindsay creates a peaceful and meditative atmosphere with restorative poses, sound healing, essential oils and more. This supports you in relaxing and allowing yourself to fully be present in the poses. Whether you’re new to sound healing & restorative yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class creates a unique experience for all that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Blankets and bolsters provided; you are welcome to bring a journal and pen to capture any thoughts that arise.

~Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. You want to be as comfortable as you can. I highly recommend bringing a pillow and warm socks. There are yoga mats, bolsters/blocks/blankets provided but if you’d rather bring your own then that’s perfect too.
