Executed in a precise order designed to give you access to your individual vitality, power and freedom while improving overall strength and flexibility. Recharge your mind, energize  your body, and reach your highest level of consciousness and physical awareness. Expect familiarity of sequencing every week with the ability to grow, play & challenge your practice!

All-levels are always welcome, but we do suggest you take a Power Vinyasa or other similar styles first & expect to move fast, build heat & sweat. All practitioners will be challenged and find their own personal edge together in the same class.

Mats & props are provided with your class purchase but you are welcome to bring your own. Donations can be made via cash, venmo, paypal or card at class, recommended $15-20. Please Note : Doors open 15 minutes prior to class & close 1 minute to class starting & will not be re-opened. Parking on street , Entry on South side of building on Walnut.
