YOD stands for Your Own Determination. It is a power yoga class that combines intentional movement and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge you and stretch you mentally, physically and emotionally. You get the yoga vibes combined with a rigorous, fast-paced workout. YOD is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility and coordination.
Expect:
- 35 minutes for introduction & All Levels Flow warm-up
- 15-20-minute Strength and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with music
- 15-minute cool down with deep stretches and savasana

Mats & props are provided with your class purchase but you are welcome to bring your own. Also included is a complementary tea bar, essential oils & towels. Please Note : Doors open 15 minutes prior to class & close 1 minute to class starting & will not be re-opened.
