Yoga for all-levels will be led by
Lindsay Bordwell in the beautiful Surety Hotel. Lindsay is a big believer in the
healing and transformative powers of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Expect a flow to ground & energize ending with a beautiful soundbath.

Mats will be available, please bring your own if you wish. Yoga is
donation based & spots are limited, please be sure to sign up !
