Each week will include a new topic of discussion and offer various styles of flows, meditations, breathwork, journaling and more. Think of this time on your mat learning & gaining new skills to help you navigate the ups & downs of life.
Remember there are no levels of yoga. This is a great flow to build self-confidence and self-love. We’re human and sometimes it can feel you are alone in your experiences..
