Join Jess as she takes us on a personal yin journey through the fascia and depths of the joints. While vinyasa is a great way to serve the breath and our muscles, it rarely gets those hidden areas that our tension and stress end up residing in. Through this practice, poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to settle into these areas, relieving the build up within. Breath and stretch are used as aids to allow our bodies to restore natural balance and an overall well-being. This is a great flow to practice slowing down your practice & time for self reflection.
