We want to keep the studio as safe & healthy as possible. Please wear a mask when entering studio & until you are in your own space on your mat. We encourage hand washing & hand sanitizing immediately upon arrival. You may take your mask off when seated on your mat. Please flow from home if you are feeling ill or running a fever.
