Inner Self Meditation is designed to connect you to the wisest, safest parts of yourself.
We all have the capacity to tap into a place within us that : is us, but is more than us; that is wise, but wiser than wise; that is quiet, but somehow always has the answers. Over the course of 75 minutes, you will be guided to visit, connect with, and maybe even communicate with this space inside of you. You will walk away feeling calm, safe, and potentially more relaxed than you have ever felt before (or maybe just in a very long time).

Who is Emily?
Emily is a mover, seeker, and catalyst. A lifelong student, she has been teaching yoga for a little more than seven years. She has formal training in Applied Psychology and is traditionally certified as a mobility specialist and Inner Voice Facilitator, but more importantly, her practice of diving into the depths of her own inner world has created a love and fascination for holding space for others to do the same.
