Need a reboot to refresh the body, mind, and spirit? This yoga flow is designed to help calm the mind, slow the body down, and center self. Gentle, intuitive movement and meditation will be used to relieve the stress and prepare us to approach any chaos that the holidays so often bring. Soothing scents will aid to release unwanted tension/stress and allow a harmonious balance all throughout. Jess will also hold space, sending out reiki to the group, in a savasana that will restore and recharge the energetic body. There is no greater gift than to care for self…So, take a break and give back to YOU!
