You’re probably thinking what the heck is a Burn yoga flow ? Well, it’s exactly how it sounds using HIIT in a fast paced flow in a heated room! These high energy amazing flows combine 2 of my favorite ways to move my body : HIIT & Yoga! Experience a different way to work out in a group that is encouraging, supportive & wants you to win! We will set intentions at the beginning of class putting both our body & brains to work! This class is created for you to have a space to give your body & mind the shift & shakes it needs! Similar to a traditional yoga flow, HIIT yoga will engage the majority of the muscles in the body, acting as a full-body workout. We’re all about maximum results in the least amount of time! You will receive the grounding and stress relief benefits from both sides.

This is for all humans who are curious about HIIT workouts or you’ve been searching for the right group to sweat with! You can modify all workouts & go at your own pace. Remember it’s showing up that matters, move your body how it needs day to day!
