Come Join Olive in studio for an empowering Yoga practice for all levels. Move through a series of movements that will focus on warming you up from your core as these days turn cooler. Closing with an extended savasana and optional Art of Touch with aromatherapy. This involves a reset of the legs and arms, decompressing the low back and shoulders, along with reflexology and Limited space to 8 people, prepayment required $25 per person 💗
